Complete refurbishment of a 1970’s House, contemporary extension and full landscaping scheme. This house has been extended and partitioned so many times over the years it had become a hotch potch of rooms which unfortunately turned their backs on the stunning views to the rear of the property.
We replanned the whole house to create a better layout, create whole new spaces where previously there were none, opened up the views to the rear, formed family and entertaining space and moved the stairs to create a whole new grand entrance hall bringing light into the centre of the house. We complimented this with a comprehensive landscaping scheme to create rooms outdoors.
The exterior of the property was also updated including a terrace to the master suite making the most of those fabulous views.
Energy efficiency measures were incorporated throughout the refurbishment to make the house more comfortable and efficient for the future.
